Installation Instructions
Spin-on VS Bolt on kits explained:
Spin-on kits have been around a long time, they simply replace the factory oil filter with a spin-on adapter that has a inlet and outlet which then feeds the relocated oil filter. a bolt-on style kit replaces the entire factory oil filter housing with a bolt on Billet adapter with an inlet and outlet. From an installaion standpoint the Spin on is the easiest, from a racing/motorsporst standpoint the bolt on is better because it does not have any chance of the spin on adapter from loosening due to engine vibration in race applications. MMR offers both kits so choose based on what works best for your application.
