At the end of the day a head is only as good as the ports within it. This is why MMR has spent years developing the highest flowing intake port and exhaust ports. Our development started on the computer using advanced software to create the perfect port. The port shape was then adapted within the constraints of the Factory Ford Bore center but from there our Development Team went to work. By raising the spring pockets MMR was able to straighten the port and drastically increase flow. Next we focused on the combustion chamber where the spark plug has been unshrouded for improved performance. The MMR combustion chamber has greatly added material and will not distort like the factory casting which means valve jobs that will last in the harshest enviroment.
